Good Product. The item is very helpful and tasty. We(me ,my mom and dad) can consume it on its own ,but my uncle has problem with taste. For such cases I suggest you don't take it simply with water or milk but try putting in other items.

I put it while making COFFEE(1 tbsp Ensure Diabetic care+1tbsp coffee+any powdered non sugar sweetner as/ if required and of course liquid milk/milk+water of any ratio you like).
